Blanchard Valley Industries (BVI) is a 501(C)3 Not-for-Profit Company that has been serving the needs of adults with developmental disabilities for more than 20 years. The mission statement of BVI is to promote the independence, community integration and employability of adults who have a developmental disability.  At BVI a wide range of habilitation, vocational, and leisure activities are provided by highly trained and compassionate staff.

BVI is accredited in Organizational Employment Services and Community Employment Services by CARF.  CARF Founded in 1966 as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF International is an independent, nonprofit organization that accredits health and human service agencies. CARF currently accredits more than 47,000 programs and services at more than 20,000 locations on five continents.
